Enzymes for better digestion are important, as we age, did you know that?  Our stomach seems to not digest our food as well as before.  This

 

does happen and is normal.  Our body does not make the amount of acids needed to digest our foods like it used to. However, we still need

 

the nutrition to keep our body operating optimally.  Enzymes can help us by, breaking our food down, so it can go where it needs to go.

The good news is, it does not have to be this way.  One does not have to feel bloated; have acid reflux; and belch constantly, due to our food

 

not being digested properly.  You do not have to stop eating things you like because of slow or ineffective digestion.  We do not have to feel ill

 

or be ill.  There are things we can do to help ourselves.

 

 

What can I do?

 

 

You can take an inexpensive digestive enzyme supplement, at each of your meals.  Taking digestive enzymes will help.  You would no longer

have problems digesting things like:

  • Corn
  • Nuts
  • Raw vegetables
  • Salads

 

Many enzymes for better digestion are on the market today, but I found that Similase works best for me.  It is a

 

dietary supplement by Integrative Therapeutics.  There are many others to choose from, but in my case, I needed something stronger

 

that would digest beef for me. This enzyme helped me to do that.  This product and more like it, can be purchased in vegetarian capsules and

 

tablets.
