The Emotional Freedom Technique

Has anyone ever really explained, what The Emotional Freedom Technique means?  Has anyone ever explained what benefits it could

have, for our body’s health?  You may have heard it referred to as ‘EFT,’  or even “tapping,” for short.

We have all heard the word: Acupuncture, and we know it as a way of opening the “flow” of energy, within our body, by the use of

needles; brought to us by the Chinese.

You may have heard the word:  Acupressure.  We know it as being, a way of pressing and holding, onto certain places, on the body, to

help open the “flow” of energy, by using the skilled hands of a “therapist.”

These places we speak of holding or even needling, are done on energy lines called Meridians.

These act much like ‘highways’ in our bodies.

What are Meridians

They are areas, I am calling “highways,” for a better understanding, that our energy flows through, to balance and improve our health and wellness.

These places we speak of holding or needling, are done on energy lines called Meridians.

Negative thinking

Did you realize that our brains are wired to think negatively?

Scientists say that, on average, our brains are wired to think 12,000 – 60,000 thoughts a day, and that a whopping 80% of those thoughts,

are negative, and 95%  are repetitive! Well, no wonder we are always beating ourselves up!

Why is that?

Are you ready for this?  The Amygdala, our “fight or flight” response, is a safety mechanism for our body.

It has been found that when we tap gently on 9 tapping points, we can positively alter the brain activity.  How incredible is that?

Tapping is when one uses the fingertips; which contain points where energy channels meet. We have learned that by lightly tapping on

certain points on the meridians, we can clear an area, that one might call, a blocked passage. This action can restore the natural flow of

energy to the brain, ending at the top of the head or the Crown Chakra.

When this collection of meridian points converges at the Crown Chakra, it promotes a ‘Spiritual Connection,’ while anchoring in a new

balance and alignment, from the tapping round.

Impressing facts

Here are nine tapping points, what organs they interact with, and the benefits of tapping on them.
