Gluten Sensitivity

Gluten sensitivity, that dreaded bloated feeling!  Remember Thanksgiving Dinner and how delicious it tasted?

What is gluten?

 

Well for starters, it seems to be in everything we eat.

 

Certain wheat flour and agents that cause flour to rise, are definite culprits.
