Sibo

Sibo

Sibo is short for Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth.   It causes aching, belching, and passing of gas.  I did not know what was going on with me; I did know was, that I felt terrible.  It was looking like I needed to see my doctor about this condition and see what could be done about it.

Getting serious about Sibo

I discovered, after talking with my doctor and much researching,  that Gluten, sugar, and even stress, play a big part in this health condition.  I decided to clean up my diet and eat healthier; paying more attention to stress and eating more fruits and vegetables, than  white flour items.  Learning that Sibo bugs just love Gluten and Sugar,  has really opened my eyes to how I was contributing to this.

How to stay free of Sibo?

My doctor told me, that the small intestine empties every 5 hours, so no snacking at all.  Eat what is on your diet, with 5-hour intervals.  I did do this and dropped the weight I had gained; and stopped snacking on junk foods that were just laden with Gluten and sugar.

Due to being human, I admit, I get caught in the snare of Gluten, as I dearly love donuts and pastries. So when I found “Gluten Away,” it

was a great help to me.  It put a stop to the bloating when I would just ‘have to have’ those sweets!

I take a supplement called, “Gluten Away” regularly, because I have found there is Gluten in just about everything we eat and this keeps me balanced and feeling well. My energy and stamina are great again, and I am grateful.  This supplement can be found by going to their website:  justthrivehealth.com should you wish to give it a try.

Am I over Sibo?  Yes!  Do I weigh less?  Yes!  Do I still sneak a donut?  Yes!
